For improving audio you own or have the rights to — podcasts, videos, courses, interviews, voiceovers. You may not upload content you don’t hold the rights to, or anything unlawful. In short: your content, your rights, better sound.

A credit is simply what you spend to enhance a file. Think of it as the unit of processing power needed for your job. How many a job costs depends on the length and complexity of your audio or video — short clips cost little, longer podcasts cost more. The pricing table shows real-world examples (how many 2-minute reels or 30-minute podcasts each plan covers).

Your monthly plan credits stay available as long as your subscription is active — they don’t vanish at the end of the month. One-time top-up credits don’t expire while your account is active either. If you cancel, any remaining plan credits are removed when the plan ends.

No. Once you’ve processed a file you can re-run and fine-tune it as often as you like — iterations are unlimited and free. You only spend credits on a new file.

If something goes wrong on our side and your file can’t be processed, it doesn’t cost you credits.

Payments are handled securely by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes care of checkout, invoices and applicable taxes (like VAT) — you get a proper receipt, and we never see or store your card details.

Yes. Cancel your subscription whenever you like, right from your account. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — no lock-in, no phone calls.

Plan changes run through Paddle, which fairly prorates the difference so you only pay for what you use. On an upgrade, your new credits and features apply right away.

Yes. Your files are processed on EU servers, encrypted in transit and never shared. We’re built GDPR- and DSGVO-compliant from the ground up — Made in Germany, hosted in the EU. ♥

Only as long as you need them. Files are deleted automatically after your plan’s retention window — from the active session on Free, up to 48 hours (Starter), 5 days (Premium) or 2 weeks (Pro). After that they’re permanently removed, from storage and our database.

No. Your uploads are used only to process your files — we don’t use your content to train models or for anything else.

Free users have our community and self-service resources; paid plans include email support, with priority handling on Pro. However you reach us, there’s a real person in Germany on the other end.
